Sanjiv Augustine was our first speaker. Sanjiv Augustine is the Managing Director, Lean-Agile Consulting Practice at CC Pace, and an industry-leading agile and lean expert. He is a co-founder and board member of the Agile Project Leadership Network (APLN). He is also the author of several publications and the book Managing Agile Projects ( 0131240714 ), and the founder and moderator of the Yahoo! Agile Project Management discussion group. Sanjiv presented on 'Transitioning to Agile Project Management', but as there was quite a bit of Agile experience in the room, he treated it as an open conversation rather than a lecture.
